Tarragon Chicken Salad
Servings: 4 Adapted from The Defined Dish
4 cups cooked Linden Grange chicken, cubed or shredded
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
1/2 cup dried Craisins
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
Refrigerate to chill and serve as desired.
