Raw honey comes straight from the beehive. It contains all the nutrients including pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants. Raw honey is not processed and therefore can crystalize over time due to the natural sugars. If this happens simply place the jar in a pan of water and slowly add heat. Do not bring honey to a boil as it will lose nutrients and flavor.
Note: honey is sold by weight.
