Roast Beef Sandwiches
Total time: 8 - 10 hours From Kathy Pedersen
3-4 pound Linden Grange chuck roast
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
2 or 3 beef bouillon cubes
Place the roast in crock pot. Add the Lipton dry onion soup mix, 1/2 cup water, 2 beef bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
Cook on low 8 -10 hours. Shred meat pieces. Taste. If desired, add 1 beef bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water. Heat to very hot.
Put meat on a bun, cover with slice of Swiss cheese (optional)
Delicious enough to eat without a bun! 😉
Note: I have even made this with a frozen chuck roast. Cook on low in the crock pot for 12 hours.
