Lamb Burgers
Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 20 minutes Adapted from The Pioneer Woman
Servings: 6
2 pounds Linden Grange ground lamb
2 garlic cloves, minced
2.5 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 6 patties and press into 1'' patties.
Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
Cook burgers for 3-4 minutes per side.
Top with: feta cheese, arugula, tomato, red onion
