Firecracker Pork
Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes
1 lb Linden Grange ground pork
1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Brown ground pork in skillet over medium heat.
Whisk remaining ingredients together in a bowl for the sauce.
Once the pork is cooked through, add the sauce to the skillet and cook until thick and syrupy.
Serve over rice.
