Easy (and juicy!) Oven Baked Bone In Pork Chops

Seasoning:
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
4 bone-in pork chops about 1” thick
2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Make the seasoning mix by combining the seasoning in a small bowl and mixing
Place the pork chops on the baking pan and drizzle oil over each pork chop. Rub or brush the oil over both sides of the chops.
Season the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning.
Place the chops in the oven to bake for 25 -30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach a temperature of 145 degrees.
Carefully remove from the oven and allow them to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
